At Halcrow, how we work has always mattered as much as the work itself. So it means a lot to share that we've been formally recognised for it (not once, but twice) by Great Place To Work® Australia.
We've been named to two of their 2025 lists: Australia's Best Workplaces™ and Australia's Best Workplaces™ in Technology, where we placed #3 in our category nationally.
These aren't awards you apply for and receive. They're earned through your people. The Great Place To Work methodology is built on employee feedback: a confidential survey where team members respond honestly to 60 questions about their experience at work. Trust in leadership, connection with colleagues, fairness, recognition, wellbeing, whether people feel they can be themselves. The rankings are determined by what employees actually say and not what leadership believes about itself.
That's what makes this meaningful to us.
Our people work embedded inside client organisations, which means they need to bring real capability and care in equal measure. Building a workplace where people feel trusted and supported isn't separate from delivering great outcomes for clients. It's inseparable from it.
Being listed alongside companies like CrowdStrike, Atlassian, and Salesforce tells us we're building something worth being proud of.
We're grateful to everyone on the Halcrow team whose honesty made this possible. Culture doesn't come from policy documents. It comes from people choosing, every day, to treat each other well. You did that. Thank you.
We're not done building. But it's good to know we're on the right track.
